3. Once the payment is done, share its screen shot on WhatsApp at 9049004731.

2. Once the form is submitted successfully, pay the correct amount for respective service, by clicking "Pay to confirm appointment" button below. Take the screenshot of payment done.

4. Now, your consultation appointment is booked. Thank you. We will come back to you as soon as possible, to agree on consultation appointment time.
